This Herb 101 class begins a sub-series within the Herbal Medicine courses where we take a deeper look into the healing benefits of individual herbs. Each class will be a detailed course on 2-3 herbs, including properties, uses, plant identification, energetics, forms of herbal medicine, and much more.
