Event Information
Journaling has been shown to decrease stress and improve psychological health. Â In this 10 class series, we will learn 12 types of journaling techniques. Â Participants will get the chance to practice techniques both in the class and outside the class. Â If desired, participants can share their journal and journaling experiences to receive feedback from others during class time. Â Participants will be provided with a workbook on the first class date. Â You may bring other journals or paper with you and a pen.
