Event Information

Studies show that journaling leads to better physical and emotional health.  Many people find that journaling is a great and inexpensive form of stress relief. Join us in this 10-week course to learn the 10-12 popular types of journaling.

In each class, you’ll learn about: the journaling technique, practice it in class, and give participants time, if desired, to share their previous week’s journaling to gain insight from the group. 

Participants will be given a workbook at the beginning of the class to practice in, but are also encouraged to bring their own journals and pens.
