Event Information
Journaling has been shown to decrease stress and improve psychological health. In this 10 class series, we will learn 12 types of journaling techniques.
Participants will get the chance to practice techniques both in the class and outside the class. If desired, participants can share their journal and journaling experiences to receive feedback from others during class time.
Participants will be provided with a workbook on the first class date. You may bring other journals or paper with you and a pen.
