Join Josey Rose as she continues her Candle Magick Classes with the Master Class.

The first part of the class will teach The Witches’ Pyramid. A philosophy survived to this day and continues to prove valuable to the spellcraft as found in Wicca, Modern Witchcraft, and similar paths.

Although created for magickal practice specifically, the same concepts are applicable to much of life aside from magick. Thus, the Witches’ Pyramid isn’t only a vital magickal concept, but also a useful spiritual tool in navigating life.

The second part of this class is showing you how to apply this philosophy to your candle magick.

Be sure to bring a notepad and pen.  You won’t want to forget anything in this two-fold class.

2022-02-26 A Look Into Paranormal Investigation

As the show Ghost Hunters dropped in the early 2000s, Americans’ fascination with the paranormal reached an all-time high that hasn’t stopped.  At least 100 hours are spent putting together the hour we see on TV.  

So, what does a paranormal investigator really do and what is all the equipment they use?  In this class, we’ll discuss a brief history of paranormal investigation.  We will then discuss the standard equipment a paranormal investigator uses, what the equipment does, and how to use it properly.  You will be able to practice with the equipment, or we will practice with yours.  

Please do not bring any large equipment such as a DVR set-up.  This class is being offered as a group class on February 26th, however, it can be taken any time as an individual class in my office.

What to Bring:

Pen and Paper

Please feel free to bring small equipment of your own to the class.  This will include digital recorders, digital or manual cameras, digital thermometers, EMF or K2 devices, spirit boxes, and video recorders.  

Please do not bring anything that requires a lot of room to set up such as DVR systems.

2022-02-19 Smudgings and Blessings 101

Do you want to cleanse or bless your home, but aren’t sure how to or what you’ll need? We’ll discuss the various incenses and oils used to do blessings and cleansings in this class.  We will also discuss scripture and rites that are used during blessings and cleansings.  

Although my approach to blessings and cleansings is from a Christian background, I will be discussing a variety of denomination differences and multiple religions’ approaches to cleansings and blessings.

Classes are held at 89 Olde Main Plaza, St. Albans, WV 25177 inside the Crystal Lotus Shoppe or on Zoom.  This is being offered as a group class on the 19th of February, but it can be taken any time as an individual class in my office.

Have you ever wanted to write a story, but need help with the basics? Maybe you aren’t sure how or where to start? This is the class for you! Join us in this 10-week class and complete a short story by the end of the class.  You’ll learn some of the basics in writing, like:

Picking a story, building characters, and plotting a storyline. 

Each participant has the opportunity to write a short story rough draft, receive constructive criticism from the instructor and the group, and have one private session with the instructor to polish the final draft.

Have you ever wanted to write a story or book and didn’t know where to start?  This is the class for you!  In this 10 class series, we will learn some basic writing foundations such as brainstorming, creating characters, and constructing a plotline.  Participants will learn how to give and receive constructive criticism.

Participants will write a short story and have two opportunities for revision: one with the group and one with the presenter, Amanda Woods.  The private editing session will be scheduled at your convenience and last for one hour.  By the end of the class, you should have a short story nearly ready or completely ready to submit for publication.  You should bring pens and paper to class.  Participants will also receive a workbook.
