Welcome!
We are a full circle Metaphysical Gift & Supply Store and Holistic Education Center.
We start with education on the crystals, stones, and herbs that we carry. We then teach the use of these products in healing and protection from outside influences such as negativity, environmental pollutants, and atmospheric disturbances. We have Workshops and Classes for the energy Modalities, meditation, sound therapy and a multitude of other fields. Graduates of these classes and workshops can then have the opportunity to offer their services to teach others. We believe that knowledge and understanding breed conversation and tolerance for all spiritual beliefs and growth.

Create a DBT Self-Soothe Kit
Event Information
Dialectical Behavior Therapy was originally designed to treat Borderline Disorder, however, it has been shown to be successful at treating a variety of ailments including depression and anxiety. This program teaches skills along with therapy. One skill learned in DBT is how to tolerate stressful situations. In this class, we will learn about the self-soothe skill. We will create a list of what to put in a self-soothe kit so you will be prepared the next time you find yourself in a stressful situation. This class is an informational class about DBT and not a therapy session. I’m happy to refer you to DBT programs or therapists in the area if you want to pursue therapy. Please bring a pen and paper to class.
There will be two sections of this class; one on October 1st at 6-7 and one on October 2nd at 2-3.They are the same class.

Create a Prayer/Intention Calendar
Event Information
Sometimes it feels like we have so much to pray for or think about that we feel overwhelmed and don’t get much accomplished. Using colorful prayer or intention methods created by Sybil Macbeth, we will learn how to slow down and focus our energy on one person or intention for each day of the month. During this class, we will learn the technique for creating a colorful prayer/intention calendar and create one. Don’t worry if you aren’t an artist–there’s no drawing other than shapes. Please bring your preferred medium such as crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
No paint is allowed in class. You may also want to bring colored pens to work with as well.
There are two sections of this class. One is Friday, October 15th at 6 PM-7 PM and one is October 16th at 6 PM-7 PM. They are the same class.
