Reiki Level 1

Reiki Level 1, also known as the First Degree, introduces students to the foundational principles of Reiki energy healing. In this class, students receive the Level 1 attunement, activating their ability to channel universal life force energy. Emphasis is placed on self-healing and hands-on practice for treating others. You will learn the history of Reiki, basic energy anatomy (chakras and auras), hand positions for self and others, and the ethics of healing.
