Jump Start Health – 3-Month

The Jump Start health coaching program:

  • 60-minute 1-on-1 consultations, bi-weekly for 3 months (6 total)
  • Goal setting and action plan based on your desired wellness outcomes
  • Nutritional how-to’s: food labels, meal prepping, and recipes to fit individual needs
  • Grocery store tours and local healthy food options
  • Lifestyle counseling: sleep, stress management, and more
  • Individualized supplementation education
  • Email support between sessions
  • In-person or video conference sessions
Optimal Wellness – 6-month

The Optimal Wellness health coaching program includes:

  • 60-minute 1-on-1 consultations, bi-weekly for 6 months (12 total)
  • Goal setting and action plan based on your desired wellness outcomes
  • Nutritional how-to’s: food labels, meal prepping, and recipes
  • Food journal and free samples
  • Grocery store tours and local healthy food options
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Lifestyle counseling: sleep, stress management, and more!
  • Individualized supplementation education
  • Email support between sessions
  • In-person or video conference sessions
