I love being a massage therapist. I graduated on June 1, 2015, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I was privileged to have a COMTA accredited school, one of only 15 in the United States and the highest level of accreditation a massage school can receive, near me that taught me so much more than just modalities. They taught me how to be a better person. When people come to me with stress or pain and allow me to help them, I am honored that they choose me. When I am thanked at the end of a session for alleviating someone’s pain it motivates me! Gives me the drive knowing I am helping people obtain a better quality of life. Teaching them how to heal their bodies without medication is something I live for. Whether it be through massage, yoga or stretching in general, essential oils, Reiki, etc, I feel there is a holistic remedy to most health issues and try to promote that knowledge. Something I try to practice every day. I am not perfect, but I always strive to be better. I have worked in several massage environments including Chiropractic setting and Spa, and I am trained in Rainbow Therapy and Cupping to aid in your therapy. I am comfortable doing a full body for relaxation or an entire hour on just one or two areas for pain relief. And I like the variety as well. With over 250 hours of training, more than the state of West Virginia requires, I plan on expanding my knowledge and learning many more modalities as often as possible to help me help you the best that I can.

Modalities Practiced:

Integrated Massage combines Swedish, Neuromuscular Therapy (Trigger Point), Deep Tissue and Cupping to thoroughly work out tension in tired and achy muscles. After assessing the muscle tissue and clients needs it gives me the freedom to use different modalities to release the tension and congestion in the muscle tissues as needed.

Relaxation Massage is a light pressured full body massage that lowers stress, depression, and anxiety by calming the mind while increasing circulation, decreasing muscle tension and moving toxins out of the body. This is really good for balancing the mind, body, and spirit.

Deep Tissue Massage is designed to remove severe tension and relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.

Raindrop Therapy is a technique that combines the powerful health benefits of essential oils with light massage and reflexology including the vita flex technique. This technique assists in the structural and electrical alignment of the body, immune support, nerve stimulation, vitality, stress management and creates a poor environment for viruses and bacteria to grow all while bringing balance to the mind, body, and spirit.
