Biography:

Stephanie Lanham holds a Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Medicine with a concentration in Herbal Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health, a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of Charleston, and a Certification in Health Coaching from Institute of Integrative Nutrition, Stephanie has spent the past 9 years study biology, health coaching, and nutrition. As a Holistic Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Certified Health Coach who founded Rediscover Health LLC, Stephanie is on a mission to help others rediscover their own health.

With firsthand experience of the healing power of food, a love of gardening and dance—so much so that she founded a dance team at her community middle school and helped build a set of raised beds for kids to experience organic gardening and its impact on health.

Offering three levels of Health Coaching services that start with a consultation to assess your goals and discuss your concerns, her services range from a crash course, to support sessions, food journaling—even cooking demonstrations.

In the Fall of 2019, she continues her studies with the Maryland University of Integrative Health to work toward her Doctorate of Clinical Nutrition. It is her sincere desire to deepen her understanding of functional medicine and to better assist her clients, and her community—in achieving their wellness goals.

It is without question that Stephanie has made a commitment to education and study that is geared to help you find your best self through optimal nutrition, lifestyle coaching, and support.

Free session to learn about how health coaching can help you reach your goals!

Rediscover Health Habits-4 wk

Rediscover how to make simple lifestyle changes and healthy habits in this 4-week crash course:

  • 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions, once a week for four weeks
  • Baseline nutritional information: how to read nutrition labels, meal plan, and grocery shopping
  • Setting goals based on personal desired outcomes
  • Creating an action plan to achieve the desired goals

** If you sign on for the 3-month or 6-month program following the 4-week course, the fee will be deducted from your total investment.

Jump Start Health – 3 month

The Jump Start health coaching program includes:

  • 60 minute 1-on-1 consultations, bi-weekly for 3 months (6 total)
  • Goal setting and action plan based on your desired wellness outcomes
  • Nutritional how-to’s: food labels, meal prepping, and recipes to fit individual needs
  • Grocery store tours and local healthy food options
  • Lifestyle counseling: sleep, stress management, and more
  • Individualized supplementation education
  • Email support between sessions
  • In-person or video conference sessions
Optimal Wellness – 6 month

The Optimal Wellness health coaching program includes:

  • 60-minute 1-on-1 consultations, bi-weekly for 6 months (12 total)
  • Goal setting and action plan based on your desired wellness outcomes
  • Nutritional how-to’s: food labels, meal prepping, and recipes
  • Food journal and free samples
  • Grocery store tours and local healthy food options
  • Cooking demonstrations
  • Lifestyle counseling: sleep, stress management, and more!
  • Individualized supplementation education
  • Email support between sessions
  • In-person or video conference sessions
